Best underrated anime

Looking for something less mainstream to watch, as I am currently extremely bored of the repetitive seasonal anime. I'm down to watch basically any genre, so please reply with your favourite hidden gems!

Death Pool/Billiards is 1 that's really hooked me lately...

Try a comedy "Magical Shopping Arcade Abenobashi"
or "Love Hina"
or "Cowboy Bebop" (not sure if it's considered mainstream)

Trigun is a hidden gem 'cause it's got a dope mix of action, humor, and deep themes. Plus, Vash the Stampede is one chill anti-hero you can't help but root for!
