Step 1. Checking if you are a victim.
Open up CMD, type in ipconfig /all
If you do not recognize a network that is connected to your device or IP then you might want to investigate.
2. Removing the virus/trojan
Open Task Manager
CTRL+ALT+DEL / Open Task Processes
Look for any suspicious tasks that are running, end any runtime broker tasks, and any apps/tasks that you are not running/unheard of.
Open windows defender, enable all security options, including firewall. Run Virus Scan.
More than likely if your firewall is disabled, you are a victim, you will want to enable that to have a secured connection.
3. Attacking the Hacker
There are certain tools to use to find connections that are connected to your network, use google.
