Real estate agents across the U.S. are subjected to ripples of disruption and uncertainty as Rapattoni faced an unprecedented ransomware onslaught. 01、A ransomware attack on California-based data services company Rapattoni disrupted property listings nationwide, impacting real estate agents' ability to list or update property information.

02、The Clorox Company is facing operational disruptions and conducting an investigation following a security breach in its IT systems. It has hired third-party cybersecurity firms to assist with the investigation and restoration of its systems.

03、UMass Chan Medical School, Massachusetts, is warning 134,000 individuals of a MOVEit data breach that compromised their PHI, SSNs, claims information, financial details, and other personal information.

04、Prince George’s County Schools, Maryland, suffered a cyberattack that impacted 4,500 user accounts out of 180,000. An investigation into the incident is ongoing.

05、Georgia-based Tift Regional Health System is notifying 180,142 individuals of a data breach that was detected a year ago. The incident was the act of the Hive ransomware group that accessed and copied files containing patient medical records and banking account details.

06、A study by NatWest revealed that one in three U.K university students encountered online fraud attempts last year. The study polled over 3,000 students and found that the most common scams were delivery scams, followed by social media and tax scams.

07、Research by Netskope noted a 61-fold surge in the use of Cloudflare R2 by threat actors to host phishing pages that primarily target Microsoft login credentials. However, some pages also target Adobe, Dropbox, and other cloud apps.

08、Cofense detected a significant phishing campaign that employed QR codes to target Microsoft credentials across various industries. Among the targets, a major U.S.-based energy company stood out, with around 29% of over 1,000 malicious QR code emails directed at it

09、Cyberint researchers spotted a widespread hijacking campaign targeting LinkedIn accounts, resulting in victims losing access and facing ransom demands or account deletion.

10、Nearly 2,000 Citrix NetScaler servers were compromised by a threat actor that exploited a critical remote code execution vulnerability. Over 1,200 servers were backdoored even after the patch was released, as administrators failed to check them for signs of successful exploitation.
